Are you between 20-40 years old, working in a kitchen or with food? And do you want to learn how you can contribute to a more sustainable world?
Low Food is launching the second edition of the Chefs Academy. Here we train a new generation of chefs who prioritize sustainable and inclusive cooking. Interested? Read more and sign up for the second edition.
What is the Low Food Chefs Academy?
In a five-day program, we offer lectures and masterclasses by chefs, product developers, and scientists. This broadens and deepens your knowledge about gastronomy and the food system. During the program, you will work with other participants on a concrete case study and gain research experience. Additionally, you'll build a valuable network and become involved in the Low Food movement.
Who can participate?
The Low Food Chefs Academy is open to (upcoming) chefs, culinary students and people who work in food aged between 20 and 40. We welcome all levels with a passion for Dutch food culture and aim for a diverse group of participants.
